Baths can be conditionally divided into hot and cold. If the first is taken at a temperature of 40 degrees, then here it should be remembered that you should not lie in hot water for more than 5-7 minutes. But a cold bath is taken to improve the elasticity of the skin, and at the same time, you should also not abuse it in order to avoid the process of hypothermia.

You can buy bath salts, which can be found in specialized stores. At home, you can even prepare a bath with ordinary table salt, which will give your body a firming and regenerating effect, as well as have a positive effect on your skin.
