I always drank and now drink, even more than before. Because I noticed one simple thing – if you do not drink water at all – you get tired faster and do fewer repetitions.
Therefore I drank, I drink and I will drink. And I advise you.
Confirmed by my trainer Vladimir – drink water as much as your body requires: 1 liter, then 1 liter. I now drink about 700-800 ml each workout and feel great during class.
Water helps – this is a proven fact. I’m talking about ordinary clean still water. Drink and do not believe the one who says that it is impossible.
